Terms & Conditions

  • Cortijo Carmela is for adults only, and welcomes guests from 16 years and older.

  • Check-in from 16:00-22:00. Outside these times with consultation.

  • Check-out no later than 11:00 (flexible with consultation).

  • Any damages will be charged extra.

Conditions of Reservation

  • On receiving a booking request, Cortijo Carmela will send a confirmation by e-mail.

  • 50% deposit is required on booking confirmation, by bank transfer, details of which will be advised with booking confirmation.

  • Balance of payment required 30days prior to arrival, by bank transfer.

  • If booking/arrival is within 30 days, the full balance must be paid by bank transfer.

  • Only cash is accepted at Cortijo Carmela.

Conditions of Cancellation


  • Any cancellation must be made via e-mail. Cortijo Carmela will respond within 24hours with follow-up confirmation.

  • Cancellation is only valid in conjunction with our written confirmation.

  • Cancellation within 6 weeks prior to arrival - Full Refund

  • Cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival - 50% Refund

  • Cancellation within 29-15 days prior to arrival - 25% Refund

  • Cancellation within 15 days prior to arrival - NO REFUND


  • Guests must ensure they have adequate private travel insurance.

  • By paying a reservation deposit, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
