Cortijo Carmela is for adults only, and welcomes guests from 16 years and older.

Check-in from 16:00-22:00. Outside these times with consultation.

Check-out no later than 11:00 (flexible with consultation).

Any damages will be charged extra.
Conditions of Reservation

On receiving a booking request, Cortijo Carmela will send a confirmation by e-mail.

50% deposit is required on booking confirmation, by bank transfer, details of which will be advised with booking confirmation.

Balance of payment required 30days prior to arrival, by bank transfer.

If booking/arrival is within 30 days, the full balance must be paid by bank transfer.

Only cash is accepted at Cortijo Carmela.
Conditions of Cancellation

Any cancellation must be made via e-mail. Cortijo Carmela will respond within 24hours with follow-up confirmation.

Cancellation is only valid in conjunction with our written confirmation.

Cancellation within 6 weeks prior to arrival - Full Refund

Cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival - 50% Refund

Cancellation within 29-15 days prior to arrival - 25% Refund

Cancellation within 15 days prior to arrival - NO REFUND

Guests must ensure they have adequate private travel insurance.

By paying a reservation deposit, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
